xplorer2 lite hanging on startup

Have XP Pro SP2 w all updates and 2 GB ram. When I tried to startup xplorer2 lite the app started but did not fully initialize. All I see is the outside border and a white square inside it. Have tried cleaning out the temp directory with no affect.

Update...
Did a D:\xplorer2_lite\xplorer2_lite.exe /T /1 c:\ and it seemed to fix it.

yes, mind the folders you leave x2 when you close it in case they become unavailable
