HELP - left pane doesn't update & thumbnails not showing!

Hi all,

I've just started using xplorer2 lite, and have encountered the following problems:
- the left pane doesn't update on changes(eg. new/deleted folders, inserted thumbdrive) until I click "Refresh"...any way to get it to do so automatically?
- thumbnails are not shown for images above a certain size...how do I get it show thumbnails for all images regardless of size?

hi melvin
there are intermittent refresh problems with the tree, which are helped in the professional version when the drivebar is open, but the lite version doesn't have the drivebar, try the pro version and see if it is any better?

to increase the byte size limit for thumbnail extraction use the property box in Tools > Options > General (near the bottom)

so it works in the professional version?
it is possible that i've fixed a bug which isn't yet updated for the lite version (you'll find out about this soon when i release lite 1726) but it is unlikely. Perhaps you can try the GUI registry settings editor and tick the option "autorefresh my computer too"

frankly i don't use the tree at all, i prefer the mini scrap, which is again only available in the professional version. For more info on this and other features see the demo videos here:
