Program crashes on right click on a folder

I have Windows XP SP2. X2 version is 1.7.2.7 LITE. When I right click on a folder in X2, the program closes. The dialogue box says:

xplorer2 has encountered a problem and needs to close.

. All other functions seem to work fine.

most likely there's a problem with your shell extensions. See the blog article from last week to try and figure out which one it is to blame:
