Lite seems corrupted new install doesn't fix

Recently my lite version began not responding properly to f8 and f5 and other F commands.

Pressing f5 gives single pane and F8 doesn't create a folder F6 shuts down explorer, probably others but these are ones I use.

I uninstalled my version and reinstalled the latest but the problem persists.

Can anyone suggest a way to completely remove from registry and start with a fresh install or other solution?

do these keys work properly in other programs that use them? e.g. F5 in windows explorer

if you want to remove the registry information completely, uninstall and answer YES to remove all your settings -- you'll lose all your bookmarks etc
