Nobody ever likes to hear this, but the <cough>, Pro Version, <cough>, allows any menu item or keyboard mnemonic to be converted into a <cough> toolbar button, or with a bit of tweaking, a custom menu item. (This is why "lite" things are best reserved for yoghurt and diet sodas - which, come to think of it, aren't completely palatable either.)
