hi nikos,
just wondering if u were planning on releasing a non-debug (i.e. fast) build of x2 any time soon? i appreciate debug builds are better from the point of view of ur development, but i reckon a lot of users would really love to get a taste of its potential speed as well as its functionality...
x2 fast build?

hmmm i must have missed that one... any chance of a link to it?!
the reason i ask is because i regularly browse a network folder to which i download large files (movies), and it can be pretty slow as it keeps auto-refreshing or something... so that build u released would be handy... i do not expect u to keep releasing them upon every revision, but to keep a link up for an older fast build would be great

here's the link, i think it was build .35
www.ps.ic.ac.uk/~umeca74/x2uc.zip
there are no flags to turn debugging off
please remember that the point of this phase is testing really
the release version wouldn't help much with autorefreshing either
the best bet would be to get out of the slow folder before the transfer starts (or shortly afterwards)
