Not Responding always on

Win 7 64b. I doesn't clear if I wait for it to respond. xplorer2 lite doesn't appear in Task Mgr in Apps or Processes. The computer has been cleaned of excess files and garbage. What can I try next? i don't know if this is a clue, but the preview button is active but i can't change anything cuz the windows blue orb is turning and can't do anything but close out the program.

Is this a new installation of x2 Lite?
How/When did you 'clean' the computer?
What version of x2 Lite?

I would first try a reboot, then re-download x2 lite and install anew.

also check if your antivirus is somehow holding up xplorer2
