Hi,
I am using 2x explorer from a couple of months. i found it very useful.
It will much more useful if CD Catalog is built in to 2x explorer.

2Explorer ("2x") is not under development any more. Try its successor Xplorer2 ("x2") which has practically all its major features. Keep visiting the page to get the latest alpha http://netez.com/2xExplorer/
The few minor features of 2x that are missing in x2 will eventually find their way in x2.
The CD catalogging feature (called 'OCB' here, short for "Offline CD Browser") is already in the plans. But that's six months down the line: coming up next is the powerful Search and file transfer functions.
