Don't select file by click on white space after filename

I suggest, in "List" view, don't select file by clicking on the white space after filename. As it will be difficult to select files by dragging a region and showing the folder white space context menu.

Tick the box under Tools -> Advanced Options (Global Tab) -> Disable Some Vista Effects to eliminate the "whitespace" difficulty. For more information on what other "Vista Effects" are disabled by doing this, see here.
