No. It's not just you, nikos.
I had not opened IE since before patch Tuesday, but when I did, I found that the xplorer² toolbar has been removed from IE w/o my knowledge or permission.
When I try to re-install it, I get the message:
---------------------------
D:\fg\x2_NetEZ\x2\xplorer2ToolBar_for_IE.exe
---------------------------
D:\fg\x2_NetEZ\x2\xplorer2ToolBar_for_IE.exe is not a valid Win32 application.
---------------------------
I re-downloaded and got a warning caveat from McAfee SiteAdviser -
In our tests, we found a small fraction of downloads on this site that some people consider adware or other potentially unwanted programs.
I downloaded the file anyway, but it is identical to the one I installed successfully last month on IE, and windose also reports it as not a valid Win32 application.
Further --- what's with the xplorer2.com domain ?
It looks like a hacked (or a hacker) site?
