Hi everyone,
I rely on xplorer2 every day and enjoy using it, however the auto-scrolling behavior of the tree pane is extremely distracting to me when Options > Windows > "Keep synchronized with folder in active view pane" is activated. The automatic scrolling is painfully slow - that steals your attention in an aggressive way.
Is there a way to make the tree pane auto-expand the tree according to the active view pane, but NOT constantly scroll horizontally? Interestingly, it doesn't do that vertically - it just jumps up or down when you switch pane focus. That allows for a much snappier user experience and a more focused workflow.
Is there a way to disable the horizontal auto-scroll and either make it jump left or right (without slow-scroll) or simply not move horizontally at all?
Thanks!

Re: Disable Tree Pane Autoscroll?
Tools -> Advanced Options -> Global (tab) -> Disable some Vista effects
Note that this will also disable a few other superficial things (see this list) so x2 may "look" a little different depending on the base-theme you use in Windows, but it will also remove the silly side-scrolling.

Re: Disable Tree Pane Autoscroll?
Beautiful! That's much better. I'll gladly sacrifice some transparency and hover effects for this
Thanks a lot!
